Full Review
The Anker Prime 3-in-1 Foldable is the first travel-class charger that actually delivers on the Qi2.2 promise. Most “25W” wireless chargers throttle within minutes — this one doesn’t, because Anker put a tiny fan inside.
The 25W Difference Is Real
Qi2.2 jumps from 15W to 25W, and the gap matters more than the spec sheet suggests. An iPhone 17 Pro on the original Qi standard takes well over two hours to fully charge. On this pad, it hits 50% in about 26 minutes — roughly 5x faster than a basic 5W wireless charger and noticeably quicker than the older 15W MagGo. Top-up charging while you eat lunch is genuinely useful here.
AirCool Solves the Throttling Problem
High-wattage wireless charging generates heat, and heat forces every other Qi2 charger to dial back power within 10-15 minutes. Anker’s AirCool fan keeps the coil cool enough to sustain the full 25W through a complete charge cycle. The fan is rated at 19dB — you can hear it if you press your ear to it in a silent room, but it disappears under any ambient noise.
Foldable Means Actually Foldable
This is where it earns the price tag. Folded down it’s 96 x 60 x 23mm — smaller than a stack of credit cards, lighter than your wallet. The Apple Watch puck pops out from the base and the AirPods pad lays flat. Unfolded, it props your phone at a comfortable viewing angle for video calls or as a desk clock. One charger covers your nightstand, your desk, and your carry-on.
Vs. the Competition
The older Anker MagGo 3-in-1 is still a great pick if you want to save money and don’t need 25W — it’s $40 cheaper but stuck at 15W. Belkin’s BoostCharge Pro 3-in-1 matches the form factor but lacks active cooling, so its real-world sustained wattage is closer to 12-15W. For sustained 25W in this footprint, the Prime is currently the only option.
Who Should Buy This
Buy this if you have an iPhone 15 Pro or newer (especially iPhone 17 Pro), travel regularly, and want one charger that handles your full Apple kit at full speed. If you only charge overnight on a nightstand, the older 15W MagGo will give you the same end result for less. If you want fast wireless charging that doesn’t slow down halfway through, this is the one to get.
