What we like
- Covers both walking-while-working and real cardio workouts in one unit
- Handrail folds up for jogging and folds flat when tucked under a desk
- 0.6–7.5 mph range is genuinely useful at both ends
- App and remote control make speed changes easy mid-task
- Reasonably quiet at typical walking speeds
Could be better
- Heavier than walking-pad-only units, so daily repositioning is a chore
- Deck is narrower than a full gym treadmill — not ideal for tall runners
- App is functional but not polished
Full Review
Most under-desk treadmills force a trade-off: buy a thin walking pad that slides under a standing desk, or buy a full treadmill that eats half the room. The UREVO 2-in-1 is one of the more convincing attempts at splitting the difference, and at $299 it’s priced like a walking pad rather than a piece of cardio equipment.
Two Machines in One Footprint
With the handrail folded down, this is a standard walking pad — low-profile enough to slide under most standing desks at walking speeds. Lift the handrail up and lock it in place, and you have a compact treadmill capable of 7.5 mph. The transition takes about five seconds. For a home office setup where space is tight, that dual personality is the whole pitch.
Daily Walking Performance
At typical desk-walking speeds of 1.5–2.5 mph, the deck is stable, the motor noise stays below keyboard-typing volume, and the belt has enough cushion to walk on in socks or soft shoes. The 16-inch belt width is narrower than a gym treadmill but wide enough that you’re not constantly correcting your stride. Battery-free remote and app control mean you can adjust speed without bending down.
Jogging and Higher Speeds
Flipping up the handrail unlocks speeds above 4 mph. At 6–7.5 mph the deck holds up, though the shorter belt length means tall runners with long strides will feel cramped — this is better suited to jogging intervals than sustained runs. The handrail itself is sturdier than it looks, but don’t expect to lean on it like a commercial treadmill.
Build and Storage
It’s noticeably heavier than walking-pad-only units like the WalkingPad P1, which matters if you plan to move it daily. Wheels on one end make sliding it out from under a desk manageable, but lifting it onto a vertical storage position requires real effort. For a dedicated corner of a home office, this isn’t an issue.
Who Should Buy This
Buy the UREVO 2-in-1 if you want one machine that handles both “walk slowly for six hours while working” and “knock out a 20-minute jog at lunch.” It’s the right call for home office users who don’t have room for separate cardio equipment. If you only care about slow walking under a desk and never plan to jog, a pure walking pad like the WalkingPad P1 is lighter and easier to stow. If you’re a serious runner, buy a real treadmill instead.
